No. We accept cash, check, debit card, FSA, HSA, and Credit Cards (visa/MC)
Note: Use of a Credit or Debit card will incur a 6% surcharge for merchant fees.

3Are your hours flexible?
On a case by case basis Natalie is willing to be flexible with her hours of availability.
4Do I need a driver?
For most of our procedures you will not need a driver. However ketamine treatments do require a driver.
5Are you are Primary Care Physician?
Natalie should not be considered your primary care physician. Our treatments should be considered adjunctive (complimentary) to any therapy you are receiving from your primary physician.
