Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are sometimes necessary, but require planning on the part of the Clinic to allow proper staffing for certain treatments such as EBOO.
EBOO requires a minimum of 1 week notice as this takes an additional staff member for the session.
Other services and treatments only require 24 hour minimum notice.
We do our best not to have a cancellation fee, but if you have paid for EBOO and do not give us the required notification of 1 week in advance, and a rescheduled appointment is missed, we will be unable to schedule again, and a refund will not be given.
We want to take the best care possible for our patients, and without consistency in appointment attendance, we are forced to create policies like this.
Multiple missed appointments for other services have a maximum of 3 outside of extraordinary circumstances, we may dismiss you as well, but this is at the discretion of the office.
